My name is Qwaondra Miller
I come from humble beginnings, but that never hindered my success. It fueled my determination to create something from nothing. My origins shaped the person I am today. Growing up taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and resourcefulness. With each challenge, I discovered new strengths. I refused to let adversity define me; instead, I used it as a catalyst for growth. Through unwavering discipline and belief in my abilities, I carved my own path to success. I seized every opportunity, taking risks and embracing the unknown.

Within 6 months of starting my first job, I was promoted to Manager and worked in management ever since. Throughout my corporate career, I have trained over 100 employees and have proven myself as a strong and successful leader. After 16 years of training and management, I realized that my purpose was far greater than what I could accomplish working a 9-5.

The idea to start my own business as a Coach stemmed from my ability to unite people and develop effective progression strategies. To be completely transparent, I did not have much to work with when I started my company in 2022. I faced some heavy sabotage from the people closest to me, and money was tight. After losing everything, I channeled my inner strength and resilience to remove myself from a dark place. With relentless determination, I rebuilt my life from scratch. I am a fighter, and I am excited to fight for you as well!
